Yoga means Unite. When practicing yoga, the mind, body and spirit have a chance to connect. We slow down our breathing. We breathe slowly and deeply to heal the body and quiet the mind. We go inside and work our body to benefit its usefulness. We breathe out the negative and breathe in life force energy. We become the spirit observer of our own physical and mental body, no longer lost in our daily grind and buzzing with our brain /egos constant interference.
